The annual Waterloo Arts Fest is held in the lively Waterloo Arts & Entertainment District, located in the lakeside neighborhood of Collinwood in Cleveland, OH. Over the past twenty-four years, the festival has expanded but has consistently stayed rooted in the community and infused with local art. Each year, for seven hours, the Waterloo Arts Fest highlights for residents and visitors alike the numerous assets of the Waterloo Arts District, the incredible potential yet to be tapped, and the joy of living in a city neighborhood with a diverse population.
